Core X New Setup Issues

Hey all,

I'm hoping I'm missing something obvious, and thank you in advance for any help. I recently purchased the Blade Stealth 13 Mercury White edition, Core X, and a Sapphire Pulse RX 580. I followed the included instructions up to the warranty registration part. When I turn on power to the Core X, the enclosure fan fires up, but the fans on the card do not. When I plug the T-Bolt cable into the Stealth, I get a Windows alert to "Make sure the Thunderbolt device you're connecting to is supported by your PC. Select this message..."

In device manager and Devices and Printers I see the Core X, but I don't see any indication Windows is seeing the GPU. If I go to the Thunderbolt Control Center, I see no attached devices and the info attached.

Did I miss a step? I didn't see any prompts or activity to download anything for the Core X. Running the Adrenalin installer also complains that no device is installed. Possible I just have a dead card?

UPDATE: According to support, the RX 580 and RX 570 are not supported on the Windows 10 platform, even though the "RX 500 Series" is listed as compatible. Mac only evidently. So, I sent back the RX 580 and picked up the RX Vega 56. Same problem as before.

Thanks!
