Core X not detected in Synapse 3 or as a Device

So this is more of a weird glitch than an actual problem per se. I recently upgraded to a Core X from a Core V1. I have a Late 2019 Blade Stealth and GTX 1070 in the Core. The Core V1 was always problematic until I got the 2019 RBS and then it started working perfectly: it has always been detected in Synapse 2, shows up in Device Manager, and I had the option of safely removing it from the Task Bar. The Core X has not given me any real problems and worked the first time I plugged it in, but it does not show up in Device Manager as a device, I did not have to approve it's connection through Thunderbolt Control Center (it simply shows up on Port 2 as Razer, Core X and as Connected), and it does not come up in Synapse 3. I realize that there's nothing to really control with it in Synapse since it isn't the Chroma version, but I just find it odd. I also realize that this is kind of a "if it's not broken don't fix it" situation, but I am wondering if there is a simple explanation?
