Cortex didn't count my hours.

For some reason last night while i was playing Warframe, Cortex didn't count my 3 hours of gaming. I went to see if Warframe was a supported game for the squad rewards campaign (and it was). So if anyone has some info or can help me get back my one and a half hour i lost that would be great. :)
