Cortex Mobile Not counting Paid to Play | Razer Insider

With the newest version of the cortex mobile app came further tracking of paid to play apps and data. However, I have been experiencing an issue after updating the app where I would start the game from within Cortex Mobile and it would start timing and then immediately stop. It would state that the session was interrupted when I didn't even touch the game. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game in question and cortex Mobile; it seems to persist with every paid to play game I've tried. I've tried clearing the app's cache and restarting the phone; nothing has fixed the issue.



Is there a fix to this problem that I'm not seeing? Why did this only come about with the newest software update?
