CORTEX NOT COUNTING MY PLAYTIME! :)

Hy! Today I'm playing with my squad members, and I recognize the cortex is not counting my playtime, but for my squad members is counting. So IDK what to do. I tried to restart cortex, try to restart my pc, but it didn't work. So if you can help me I very much appreciated it. :)
