Cortex PC Squad Rewards Not Working

Hello i am writing here as within my squad the cortex software says i am playing a game i havent played in years, whilst not counting any hours of any games i do play from the library. I have removed that game from the library and restarted my computer but nothing seems to help it realise im not playing that game. Anyone had a similiar issue or know a fix?

I got the same problem.. i played +2h Rainbow 6 Siege but the time isn´t counting :/
