Cortex taking ages to load my games

is anyone else having issues with Cortex loading their games? it was working fine last night when i used it, shut my PC down as normal and when i started it up today Cortex is just not loading my games. i've restarted my PC, rebooted my router, i even uninstalled cortex and reinstalled it but nothing, that majority of my games sit in Steam or Orign, i have tried to manually add them but keeps telling my that it failed. any help would be great. thanks

    Were there any updates to Windows, Steam, or Origin, and were there any changes made to the directories? For now, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the app following most of this guide. Do shoot me a PM should you need further assistance.
