Cracking audio and sound volume fluctuations in Razer Blackshark V2 after update Synapse 3 | Razer Insider

Hello, I had a problem with my Razer USB Sound Card device. A week ago, my Razer Synapse 3 updated to 20240718 (3.9.630.62714). After that, the sound in my Razer Blackshark V2 SE headphones became terrible. The sound began to fluctuate in volume and there is a feeling as if someone in real time turns the equalizer, so the sound becomes unbearable. Also, if you start watching a Youtube video for example, the sound only comes on after 2-3 seconds and after that it also sounds terrible.

I have tried many ways to solve this problem, including reinstalling Windows 11. I have described them in the Razer Synapse topic: https://insider.razer.com/razer-synapse-29/cracking-audio-and-sound-volume-fluctuations-in-razer-blackshark-v2-se-after-update-synapse-3-20240718-3-9-630-62714-65042.

Also, other people who posted in the last thread had the same problem.

Part of what has helped is disabling “Sound Enhancements” or turning on “Disable all additional effects” in the Windows 11 sound settings. But the problem is that doing so disables the entire Razer Synapse 3 program (i.e. all my profiles, EQ settings, and THX Sounds (spatial sound)). Also, if I connect my headphones via the 3.5mm jack (i.e. disabling the external sound card), the sound works fine.

In the end, I hope this problem will be solved, as I have been using spatial sound and equalizer in Razer Synapse all the time.

Windows 11 23H2 22631.3958;
Driver version THX Ltd. 3.2.3.0;
Razer Synapse 3 20240718 (3.9.630.62714);

I installed the new Razer Synapse Beta. In the process it downloaded and installed the USB Sound Card again. That seems to have fixed the issue.
