Creating A Macro On My Mouse

Hi there, I have been looking around the razer synapse software for a while now and have not been able to find the macros section. I have a razer Viper Ultimate and used to be able to set macros with it. Is this feature still available? I know I also used to be able to set macros on my Mamba back on the older synapses. I don't have a razer keyboard so I'm wondering if that is the problem
