Chat down, phones deny calls...worried that my RMA laptop is in purgatory, and I need it for work/school. Help!

    Broke through on the phone, but only to get hold music...for 2+ hours! Phone goes silent at the 2:00:00 mark...still waiting. Ridiculous!!!

    Going on 4 hours ON HOLD!!! Customer Support = 0.0!

    6 hours on hold, and Razer hangs up!! Terrible...terrible...terrible!!!!

    I'm having the same issue! I need to return a power adapter that arrived and is not compatible with my system. I was told over the phone to contact chat support but no chat support is available all 3 times I've tried at different times.

    Breakthrough! All fixed, and it turns out this is the best work your teams have done. I really appreciate the thorough fix, fit, and finish on the system. Running great and enjoying Razer again!
