Hello, I would like to know if it is real do that I am asked to cut the cable of my keyboard, it scares me but it is the support which tells me to do that in order to have a replacement keyboard

It's is a standard process in Razer during a replacement wherein the user will no longer send the faulty peripheral back, and the Support Team will process the replacement once you perform the process.
