Cynosa Chroma keyboard/ Synapse doesn't support!

I have spent 8 hours researching on a fix, spoken to Razer support and no luck. I have done everything possible to make Synapse discover my Chroma keyboard with no luck... Does anyone know if Razer is going to be fixing this issue? My keyboard and lights work fine and are discovered by windows, everything works. This is a software problem and not a hardware issue. Need advice asap!

This link shows me that the keyboard is supported but it's not! https://www.razer.com/synapse-3#synapse3-enabled

Hi there! Can you share a screenshot of Synapse? Also, you mentioned that you have contacted Razer Support. Please PM me the case number or the serial number of the device so I can take a look.
