Cynosa Chroma Ripple and reactive aren´t working

I just bought my first razer keyboard and was really excited to play arround with the effects, but I noticed that ripple and reactive don´t work when I select them in Synapse 3. When I select either ripple or reactive the keyboard just goes black. I tried to do it in Synapse 2 but Synapse 2 doesn´t open it gets installed but I can´t open it. If anyone knows a solution to my problem please reply. Thanks

Did you try pressing a key? When you select either ripple or reactive, you have to touch one of your keys first to get the effect going. If you don't touch a key it will just stay black. It's good to use these together with static, to create a cool effect, and your keyboard doesn't stay all black
