Keyboard Cynosa lite in the cs go game, I use the capslock key for quiet walking, when I hold it down, I can only move forward, at the same time you can't move forward + right or forward + left. I changed the keyboard recently, there was no such problem before. Can you tell me what the problem is?
Is Synapse running in the background when the issue happens? Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Please send me the serial number of your Cynosa Lite via PM. That way, I can look into possible solutions and assist you further.
