Cynosa V2 Lighting Issue

Hello everyone, I just got a new Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard. I already had another Razer RGB keyboard so I had some advanced effects downloaded etc. My issue is when I try to set the "Advanced Effects" on the new keyboard, all the lights go off and there is no lighting. The "Quick Effects" work on the keyboard though. I have uninstalled Razer Synapse and reinstalled with no luck so I was wondering if anyone could give me any help with this? Thanks In Advance Paul
