When I press my shift key, it continues being pressed, even though the physical key isn’t pressed. I belive it’s some sort of software problem, but I can’t figure out how to fix it. Also, I tried to update the firmware to fix it, but there is no firmware update for it. I can only find updates for Cynosa and Cynosa Chroma Pro and not for Cynosa v2 (I tried, they don’t work for it).

Hi Miles_331,

I’m here to help.  When did the problem start occurring? Were there any changes made to your system or device before the issue? Were there any incidents that happened to your device prior to the issue? e.g., spilled liquid. Please perform the troubleshooting here to isolate the issue. If the same problem persists, PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and check for available firmware updates. All the best!
