So basically everything was fine until yesterday when I left my controller on top of my keyboard stupidly, and when I went back use my keyboard later it wouldn’t let me type or anything. The led still work and so does the fn and f10, f12 keys, etc.. I’ve tried all the Ctrl caps and etc while plugging out my keyboard but nothing works? Hoping to hear from someone who can help soon!

Is it possible for you to connect your keyboard to a different computer and check if the issue is the same? Try isolating the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your device via PM.
