DAM_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT (dam.sys) Blue Screen of Death / Blade 15 RZ09-0485x

Question

I am experiencing an increasing number of BSODs related to the DAM_Watchdog_Timeout error on my Blade 15.  It was happening occasionally, but now it’s about every day.  I come back to my laptop after having left it alone for several hours and it throws a BSOD as soon as I activate it.  I’ve run through all the Microsoft recommended fixes with no improvement.  Has anybody found a trick to solve this?

Since you have already tried the Microsoft recommended fixes to no avail, it might be helpful to check for any updated drivers for your hardware components, especially the graphics card, and install them if any are available. You could also try running a diagnostic test on your laptop's hardware to ensure that everything is functioning properly.
