Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.

• S/N
  
  
• P/N
  
  
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  
  
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
  
  
  
  
• Photo of the damaged Activation Code
  
  

Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio.

Good day, I recently received the razer kraken gaming headset. However, I was a bit too rough with the activation code and scratched off part of the code. Is there any way I would be able to get another activation code or would be able to use the 7.1 surround sound without it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
