I have 2 cards with damaged PIN code. The last 4 numbers are there 

I sent in the  cards and receipts and receive an email that they would get to me

my ticket number is 241001-001909

can you please send me the in codes ASAP

    Sometimes it take more time for them to reply. But as you have ticket created, no worries, they’ll respond.
