I mistakenly peeled off my Razer gold card PIN, I returned to the store but they couldn't help out, what do I do to recover my PIN?

Hi Walterzz50,

I understand that you accidentally scratched off too much of your Razer Gold Card. To resolve your concerns, please contact our Razer Gold Support Team by submitting a ticket or via  Live Chat. Make sure to iattach the photos of the card and invoice. Kindly follow the specifications below:

1. Everything has to be a separate image.
2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
