I recently opened the box of my Razer Kraken X Lite headset, which I purchased a while ago. Inside the box, I found a Razer Gold voucher card, but unfortunately, while trying to reveal the code, the surface was damaged and the code became unreadable.
I understand that this code is a one-time use promotional offer, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in retrieving or reissuing the code. I can provide a picture of the damaged card and the product’s serial number, purchase information, or any other required details to verify my ownership.
