Damaged Surround Sound code

Have a read of the following thread /damaged-activation-code-kraken-x.78350/#post-768014 Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval. If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format. We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~

• Name
• S/N
• P/N
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
• Photo of the damaged Activation Code

Hello, I just recently got myself a pair of Razer Blackshark V2X, and unfortunately, I scratched with too much force the area where the code is hidden. I was wondering if the code could be known in other ways, or if it's possible to have a new one. Thank you!
