I have been charging my dav3 pro for a while now and it has only shown 0 in synapse. This is my second DAV3 and none of these problems show on my other one. When plugged in only the red light shows up and shows 0 percent in synapse. I have updated firmware on both the wireless connector as well as the mouse and nothing is happening. Works just fine plugged in but doesn't seem to hold a charge at all. Please help.

+1Try to charge it with another cable (for eg. with a USB-C cable from smartphone), you can also try to plug it in directly to your smarphone power adapter to charge it and check if battery start to charge or not.
