Back in 2020 I originally had a problem with a Razer huntman elite keyboard. I was working one day and heard a popping sound and then smelled smoke. It became non-responsive. It would not power up when plugged into a usb port. Tried every port possible on the computer and on other computers I had access to. I went through the RMA process and got an RMA number but unfortunitely. I missed the cutoff date due to me dealing with cancer. I tried repeatedly to ask about still sending in the keyboard but failed to get a response from my ticket. No one would reply. It was like I was shut out from service. I tried for months to get an answer. Nothing. I got so p’d off that I put the keyboard and its original RMA/papers needed into the closet and forgot about it until now. My question is, because it was still under warranty when I requested the RMA, can I still send in the keyboard for a replacement? I really would like to get this resolved, I love the keyboard but this whole situation is still very upsetting. I cannot for the life of me figure out why I was ‘shut out’ of responses on the original RMA/support ticket. Ever since this happened I feel like I’ll never buy another razer product nor recommend your company’s products to any one else because of how this was handled.. or not handled. Is there anything that can still be done or should I just live with a very sour taste in my mouth when ever Razer is mentioned?
