DEAD KEY ON KEYBOARD
I have a Razer blade 15 2018 base model. it was working fine for a long time and i got on today and my "R" key no longer works. i have tried taking the key cap off and blowing air onto it. but still nothing. any advise on how to fix this problem? is there a way to replace or fix it?

This happened to me. Turns out that I had accidentally started recording a macro for that key. Look in the keyboard tab of the Razer Synapse software and see if your R key is lit up green.

Please check if you have any macros running and if this happens with and without Synapse. Also, have you noticed any changes on the tactile feedback of the key in question? In any case, send over the serial number of your RB15, and we'll go from there.
