Dead Pixel 2019 Razer blade stealth.

Ive had my Razer blade stealth for 2 months now , and have got a dead pixel on screen, tech support want me to reinstall windows plus reinstall graphics drivers. Surely this is a hard wear problem, and should be return to base for a replacement to be shipped out? Nick.

    Dead pixel issues are usually hardware related so reinstalling Windows is indeed a bit on the extreme end. Do you mind sending me your ticket number via PM? I'd like to review the ticket and maybe try to speed things up.
