Deadadder v3 issues

I’ve had my deathadder v3 for under a year and its been fine until recently, at first it started to display 0% charge at all times on synapse even while charging. After that it would randomly disconnect while wireless and i would need to plug it in to reconnect it, now it wont connect at all while wireless. i’ve re-installed synapse, updated windows and re-installed the mouse drivers but it still wont connect
