Death Adder elite loses settings during intense game play

Hello,



I'm using a Death Adder Elite mouse with performance settings set at 3400 dpi for both x and y. Acceleration is set to zero. I have enabled x-y sensitivity. I play mostly Path of Exile. During intense sessions all of a sudden my DPI settings disappear and change to 16000 and I lose all control.



I have to go back into the Razer app to reset the DPI. Is there a way to lock my settings so they won't change mid game? It seems that frantic game play movement of the mouse is the trigger. LOL



I'm playing on a PC, with win 7 pro.
