I am really struggling with my deathadder chroma I have had for a couple months now and is causing me some real issues.
So I bought mine in October 2023 and was working well for about 3 months and then it started doing something weird. It would randomly start tabbing me out of games and other programs every couple of minutes and got very aggravating. I tried downloading the software (synapse 2.0) to try and fix the problem and yet it says my product serial number is invalid. I have struggled with this for so long any help would be huge at this point
