DeathAdder Elite does not change DPI

My mouse hasn't changed the dpi setting for two or three days. I tried to reinstall synapse 2.0 and tried to uninstall my mouse in device management. And i tried to do firmware update but it did not update at all. When i click to update the bar gets full 100% and says "update required." I really want to change my DPI as old times. Anyone can help?

Using Synapse 3.0 might help. The two buttons on the mouse change it if you didn't already know. If nothing works, you should be able to change mouse sensitivity in Windows settings.

I tried to use Synapse 3.0. I know how these two buttons works. This is my second Razer DeathAdder. There's something wrong. I cannot change DPI. 600 / 800 / 16000 is same.

Are you using a normal Deathadder, or a Deathadder elite?

Deathadder Elite.

If you havent already, try the following: Restart your device Replug the mouse in Check your windows settings to make sure there is no lock on your sensitivity.

I already tried all, did not effect. I can switch between DPI values but it's all same.

Im not sure then. The only other thing I can think is to change sensitivity in Windows settings.

I saw same issue in previous years' topics too. With firmware update, everyone has fixed their problem. But when i try to update my mouse with updater it stucks on 100%. I need customer support.
