(Deathadder Elite) DPI Doesn't Work

Hello there, I've got some big trouble with my DeathAdder Elite mice. First of all i've realy tried to solve this problem with assoication with google, but after few hours nothing worked. Problem appeared one week ago when i accidently change my dpi without synapse ON. So here's the deal - my razer synapse 3 DPI doesn't work at all. I mean i can change it to 100 - 16 000 dpi value, but nothing's happening - zero change with cursor speed at all. I've even tried reinstalling my windows - problem still occures. Only way to make dpi works is when i turn off razer synapse - but i can only choose beetwen fabrical settings, which is very uncomfortable for me. How to make this thing work again?

    I found that updating Razer Firmware (rzr.to/QlnJf) could help, buttt it dont want to boot on my system I've tried it before and after reinstalling windows :/
