Hi,

I have issue with my mouse Razer Deathadder Elite. DPI change is not working when i use razer synapse 2.0 (when it is installed and started) i think i did everything what i find on forums. re-installed system (using W10 build 1903), re-installed drivers, re-installed Synapse, tried Synapse 3.0, tried to upgrade firmware. Nothing helped to me. Strange is that fact when i uninstall synapse software that DPI change is working inside of games, but it is not comfortable for me because i cannot check exact DPI number. Do you have any ideas? i really like this razer mouse so i hope we can fix this.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. This is odd. Have you tried running your mouse through Razer Synapse 2.0 and see if the issue persists?

He said that he tried with synapse 3.0.

I have the exact same problem and have done all the steps too. Happened to me a few weeks ago, my sensitivity had suddenly changed after a few hours it dissapeared. But when i change my dpi in synapse nothing happens. Now the problem is back and I cant play because of it
