Deathadder elite dpi stage doesn't change and stuck at 800dpi ish. very possible synapse fault

just got this problem today, I don't feel any difference between 16000dpi and my normal 400dpi both by using the dpi button and changing it directly in synapse. I tried to change my dpi to anything but my mouse speed still won't change. I have tried to press the left middle and right button, and I tried to uninstall my razer synapse. when I uninstall my synapse, and I click the staging button it works and I can change the dpi from 800-1800-4500-9000-1600(the deafult setting) using my dpi button in my mouse, but when I tried to reinstall synapse again, dpi didn't work again.
