    What's your Mac OS version? Please be aware that the Razer Synapse 2.0 is compatible up until the Mac OS version 10.14. As of now, Synapse 3.0 will work on Windows operating systems. We don't have an official word when will the newer version of Mac OS be supported. I suggest sending feedback to our devs located in the Razer Synapse settings. I'll be locking this thread now.
