DeathAdder Elite scroll (middle) button doesn't work

Hey guys,



I've had my DeathAdder Elite for about 6 months now and scroll click stopped working today. Everything works fine. I could scroll up and down without any problem. Only middle(scroll) click doesn't work. I am not a gamer so I don't stress the mouse too much. I use the mouse about 4-6 hours a day and I use middle click mainly to open up a new tap on chrome.



Adult owned. When I click the middle button, I could hear the micro switch getting pressed and depressed without any issue. I don't know what the problem is. Is this a common issue with this mouse?



I never knew that middle button is this important. Now that it doesn't work, it slows down my work a lot.
Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern to our support board. Does the middle scroll issue happen on all programs and even when logged out from Razer Synapse? Have you tested your Razer Deathadder Elite to a different USB port on your current PC or into a different PC? Please test your mouse while using a dummy Razer Synapse account and see if the issue persists.
