My mouse was working well for most than a year, then suddenly a problem was found. I turned on my laptop with the mouse plugged in, but the cursor was stuck in the top left corner. I disconnected the mouse, and the trackpad could move the cursor as usual, but when I connect the mouse, the cursor starts dragging towards the top left corner, without having chance to control or move the mouse. I tried cleaning the mouse sensor, plug it into another computer, uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them, there are no visible problems with cable, but nothing seems to solve the problem. So I am trying to find some solution from the community or from some authorized technician at Razer.
