Hi i recently purchased a Deathadder Essential and at first everything was working great no problems with program or detection issues. Then the night before last out of nowhere i had a huge lag spike on my internet then when it caught up with itself i get a notification stating the last USB device i inserted wasnt recognized. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, deleting all drivers and traces of any Razer programs, and cleaning the USB port on the mouse and my PC. Im running windows 10 pro intel
core i3 gtx1650/amd Radeon HD 5450 ive done everything i can think of any help is appreciated

when i connected the USB of razer death essential in USB port this notification shown “The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.” But my razer death essential not working
