just bought this deathadder from the razer store on amazon and it was working fine for like the first 20 minutes, i then restart my pc and then every few clicks in games the left click just dont work ?? there is a sound so im hitting the keycap/trigger/whatever, but its not responding yet when i close my game it goes back to full functionality. Help please

Hey there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let’s try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers by following the steps below:
- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.
If that didn’t work out, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
