Deathadder Pro v2 doesn't work on boot

When I boot my computer, the mouse is not responding. I have to physically plug (or unplug, replug) the mouse into the computer before it recognizes the mouse. I have tried to update the firmware on both the dongle and the mouse. I have updated the Synapse to v3.5.1030.101917 I checked windows settings to make sure its on performance power and doesn't shut off the USB.

    The mouse is highly likely detected as a bootloader. For now, try to disable all boot options aside from your storage drive that houses the operating system. Do send me the serial number so I can look into model-specific solutions. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
