this is my last resort and if nothing happened then ill jsut stop buying your products or whatever. Basically the same issue as the V2 pro except i have the wired version. I TRIED to talk to support but then halfway through as I was about to send a video they disconnected on me and I was never able to get back with them, so here I am. And before anyone tells me to download the firmware update, I did and the support agent sent it to me. “This Update is already installed” or whatever it said. There should be no reason why i need to get a new mouse so just help me fix it or give me a definitive answer so that I know what to buy next time. Thanks.
