Hello, my mouse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting all the time, especially in game. I tried everything, download synapse, dongle utility, testing at other pc. And there isnt firmware update for this product.

Hello, my mouse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting all the time, especially in game. I tried everything, download synapse, dongle utility, testing at other pc. And there isnt firmware update for this product.
Why not just go buy the DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed that was recently released instead? I heard it is pretty nice and solid of a mouse from what I have seen on reviews.

I bought V2 3 months ago. I don’t want lose 50€ just like that..

Thanks for the advice, but it’s not a solution to my problem. I need to fix my mouse, not an advertisement for the new Deathadder.

🤔 Your loss then bud, could’ve had a better mouse instead of crying over your non-working one considering the DeathAdder V2 HyperSpeed is fairly old now… doubtful anyone can help you, might as well just consider it a loss since Razer doesnt even support it anymore 😢
