DeathAdder V2 Mini can't recognize by Synapse 3

I have been into this issue for a few days now and I just want to reduce the brightness of the RGB and make the DPI steps from 5 into 3 (400, 800, 1600). I use deathadder v2 mini (chs packaging) and a windows 10 32-bit. I even re-installed the synapse 3, update the firmware (LOD issue), and repair the synapse 3, but it just won't fix the problem. can somebody please help me with this? I already contacted razer support and still no response :<

    Do you mind sharing your ticket number so I can review your case and maybe give them a heads-up? Anyways, do note that Synapse 3 is only compatible with Windows 10 64-bit machines.
