DeathAdder V2 Mini is messing with CPU Usage.

I recently ordered the mouse and ever since I started to use it, it was lagging my games. But, because I use GeForce now, I just thought it was my wifi. I just now opened up Task Manager and plugged it in, and whenever I shake it around, the CPU usage shoots up to 90-100% when it usually idles at 20-30 without anything running. It isn't anything from Razer Synapse because I literally removed anything from Razer from my laptop. I also tried updating the firmware, updating synapse, restarting my laptop, anything Support tells me to do. This NEVER happened with my old mouse and trackpad. The fuck is going on?
