I am facing a problem i have never seen before, after plugging in it works fine for about 10-15 min then it freezes on everything except the application that is open , wont work on anything else but works fine with the opened app. tasted in few PC but same result . is there any fix for this.

Were you able to try using it without Synapse in the background to check if it behaves the same? For now, let's try to reinstall your mouse driver by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device so I can find other ways to solve this.
