Deathadder V2 on a Mac?

Hi, I have a Deathadder V2 wired connected directly to the Mac running Monterey 12.5.1, but the Synapse 1.88.20 software (updated) cannot see the mouse and says "PLEASE CONNECT A RAZER SYNAPSE ENABLED DEVICE". I have tried unplugging and replugging, different USB ports, restarting the computer... not sure why it is not visible?

I may have answered my own question, looks like the software only works with old Mac OS's up to 10.14 which means a Razer mouse may not work on any new Mac. If someone has a workaround I would appreciate it a lot
After several more restarts and fiddling, the mouse does work with L and R mouse buttons and scroll wheel. The thumb buttons on the left side will go "forward" and "backwards" with web page navigation and the scroll wheel button function seems to work. I cannot modify the scroll wheel speed nor the pointer speed, and the top two buttons behind the scroll wheel are non-functional.
The mouse will not talk to the Synapse software at all, so no programmable functions at all, but will work as a basic mouse. When it connects, the Mac thinks it is a keyboard, just QUIT the "press this key next to SHIFT" window, let it think for a few seconds, then you can use the mouse in rudimentary form. Seems quite quick but will test it in a game next.

The Razer DeathAdder V2 mouse is Synapse 3 enabled. Hence, it will not be detected n Synapse 2. You can check its full specifications and FAQs on this page. Feel free to check our self-help page for product updates and troubleshooting steps or PM me anytime should you need further assistance.

As it's Synapse 3 only enabled, and Synapse 3 is not available, you can only try 3rd party solition like Razer macOS: https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos
