DeathAdder V2 Pro not showing up in synapse
For DA V2 Pro owners.
I have had it for a week and I have a problem. In the Synapse 3 program I have my profile set with backlight etc. But when I start my computer, e.g. at night, the program starts, but as if it does not detect the mouse at all. I am using this connection 2.4. Only after removing the receiver and inserting it suddenly appears and my profile loads.
What have I already done:
-reinstall Synapse,
-reinstall drivers
- I transferred the receiver to another USB port.

+1Try this way - uninstall synapse, go to OS device manager and delete DA V2 Pro (with drivers), install CCleaner - cleanup your PC & important - registry.
Reboot OS - install Synapse again.
You can try also updating motherboard/chipset drivers. But assume, that mouse is working correctly, only not showing in Synapse?

FiszPLYes. Mouse works, but does not appear in synapse. After removing the USB adapter and inserting it appears.
You can try also updating motherboard/chipset drivers. But assume, that mouse is working correctly, only not showing in Synapse?
