I just bought this mouse and at first when I tried to connect to my pc it just didnt light anything and now its constantly on that rainbow default mode like if you dont have synapse open, now I cant even use it with the wire because it stays on that mode

Hey,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, connect it on a different computer just to check if the same issue occurs. If it does, drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
