I recently faced an issue with my razer Deathadder v2 pro , its usb dongle isn’t working and its not the first time i had this same issue . last time when i had this same issue it automatically got solved somehow don’t know how ,but this time it seems to be a permanent problem .
Is there any way to fix this for once? I am thinking of draining the battery and trying it again (ig thats how it got fixed last time) . Just for details the mouse works wired mode , bluetooth mode perfectly its only the usb dongle which seems to be the issue , also i mostly use it wired mode while playing but when i am working i switch to usb dongle.
please help with this !

+1Check if the dongle is visible in windows device manager or the best - try to use it on another PC.
