Deathadder V2 - RGB Problem

I recently bought a Deathadder V2 and there is a strange problem with it's RGB leds. Using Synapse 3, if I low the brightness to something lower than 25, the transition between colors becomes slow, like it if was in slow motion, like "frame by frame"... Is this normal?
